During your vehicle service

Routine servicing takes approximately 2.5 hours for typical vehicles provided no additional faults are found. We do ask that vehicles are left with us for the day and will call to advise when your service has been completed and the vehicle ready for collection.

If you wish to wait while the service is completed, we can offer this for vehicles booked and available for the first slot of the day (8.30) and provide a waiting facility with refreshments and WiFi access if required.

Any additional items found during your service will be noted and advised to you, providing a cost and approximate timescale for the work to be completed. If the work is urgent or dangerous we will advise accordingly.

Maintain your cars warranty

Having your vehicle serviced with an indepdendent specialist does not effect your original manufacturers warranty (your rights to have your vehicle serviced with us is protected under European block exemptions regulations).

With full access to manufacturers service schedules and guidelines, we ensure all your routine servicing adheres to their requirements, using only genuine and high quality recommended parts as required to ensure warranty requirements are fully adhered to.
